The Atelier: A Returning
There are stories passed down in silence, burdens worn like skin and there comes a time when a woman, without knowing how, says: this ends with me. Atelier is a space for that moment. For the remembering, the shedding, the marking. A homecoming to yourself, through symbol. A sacred container where inner transformation is honoured with the depth it deserves. Here, healing becomes visible and the invisible becomes gold.
The Root: My Story
I was a jeweller long before I had the language for healing. I trained in Portugal and created collections inspired by memory of my mother in 1970s Rio, of my great-grandmother Constance, of lineage, fire and loss. I was making talismans before I knew that’s what they were.
At the same time, I was doing the inner work: trauma healing, somatics, ancestral repair. I trained in Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry. I began holding space for others. Eventually, the two worlds met. Craft and soul work, metal and memory, symbol and psyche. Atelier is where they now live together.

Why This Matters
There is a deeper story here. One that belongs to all of us.
For thousands of years, women lived in tune with the earth, the cycles of the moon, the wisdom of their bodies. We honoured the Great Mother, passed land from mother to daughter, gathered in circles to bleed, birth, and bury. We knew the power of touch, of story, of symbol. And then it was taken.
Through patriarchal conquest, colonisation, religious violence, and centuries of systemic erasure, women were removed from their roles as leaders, healers, and keepers of wisdom. The feminine was distorted, the sacred was silenced, the line of remembrance was cut.
But we are remembering now. This is why we re-mother ourselves, why we mark the unseen work, why we honour what our ancestors could not. This is not just personal, it is collective, it is sacred, it is repair. Atelier is part of this reweaving.
What Atelier Is
Atelier is a soul led container where healing is transformed into talisman. It is for anyone walking the path of inner work: the mothering daughters, the pattern breakers, the ones doing therapy, changing their parenting, shifting their lineage.
This work is:
Ceremony & symbol
Trauma-informed
Soul-guided
Tangible and sacred
You may enter Atelier through mentoring, through inner mapping, through a ritual call to create your talisman. All paths are valid. All are interconnected.
We pass on what we haven’t resolved, but we also get to choose what we pass forward.
The Path
We begin in ceremony.
Cacao, breath, story, myth. Each ceremony is different, shaped by your intention, by what life is presenting for you right now, by your lineage, by how far back you can or want to trace it. We meet what has been, we listen for what’s ready to shift. But above all else, we begin in safety.
We listen for the symbol.
We journey, you meet ancestors, you release, you draw closer, you hold tighter. You create safety, explore possibility, and step into the adventure of hope and desire. You play with soul, in its own language of shapes, metaphors, colours and from that, something is woven: A symbol that wants to be brought into this world.
We craft the talisman.
It might be a protector, a wild woman, a healing, a rite of passage, a marker of what has changed. We cast it in silver or gold, a ring, a pendant, a seal, a crest. We imagine, we play, we create.
You wear it. You remember. You walk forward.
It arrives in your hands, You place it on your body and every time you touch it, you touch something true, a remembering. A re-rooting, You step forward, whole.
You may continue.
Into mentoring, into deeper ceremony or simply into your life, more grounded, whole, centred and sovereign, in your own truth, with a new baseline for you and your lineage, you are the new ancestor.
A Note on Symbol
Symbols are soul language. Condensed energy, they hold what was healed and what is becoming.
Jewellery has always been our lineage. While men held land and power, women held gold, stone, and meaning. Adornment as protection, as memory, as magic, as heirloom. Each piece made through Atelier is a declaration. Not of status, but of soul.
An Invitation
Atelier is not fast or transactional, it is slow, soul led, and reverent. Come as you are, begin where you are, whether you are marking a threshold or quietly shifting your lineage in your kitchen, you are welcome. This work is for the new ancestors, for the ones who choose. You are seen.
